Summit Gardens Honey Farms

About Summit Gardens

Summit Gardens Honey Farm is a family business. Don, the master beekeeper, has been keeping bees for almost fifty years.

Our newest participant, Daniel, has only worked with bees for two years - mostly because he is only four years old!

Where are we? Summit Gardens Honey Farms have apiaries in the gorgeous foothills of the Rocky Mountains south and west of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our bees enjoy brunches of wild clovers and dinners of alfalfa. They produce honey in July and August and live on the stored surplus the rest of the year!
